3. Your details

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages and updates from Paint Fusion regarding your booking and studio visits. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Deposit & safety

Your card is saved on file and not charged today. We only charge a $50 deposit once an instructor confirms one of your times. Your $50 deposit secures your private instructor and dedicated work area, and is credited toward your total on class day ($35 per person). It's fully refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) before your class — unless we've already pre-purchased special glass materials you asked us to grab.

Read the Studio Safety Agreement & Group Responsibility Waiver
  1. Host Responsibility & Group Notice: I am booking for myself and on behalf of all participants in my party. I agree to notify all attendees (and the parents/legal guardians of any minor attendees) of these studio safety rules before the class.
  2. Assumption of Risk: Fused glass craft involves cutting, nipping and handling glass with sharp edges. Minor cuts or scratches are an inherent risk, and I agree to use caution and studio-provided safety gear.
  3. Footwear & Inherent Risk: Closed-toe shoes are required in the glass working area. Any participant who chooses to participate in open-toed shoes, sandals or clogs assumes all risks of injury, cuts, splinters or punctures resulting from that choice, and releases Paint Fusion Park City, its owners and staff from any liability associated with it.
  4. Protective Equipment: Safety goggles must be worn whenever cutting or nipping glass (provided by the studio). Gloves are available on request.
  5. Workstation Care: Never brush glass off tables, chairs or clothing with bare hands — use the station bench brushes. Drinks must have secure lids; no open food at the glass tables.
  6. Supervision: Participants under 12 must have an adult present at the table while cutting and shaping glass.
  7. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release Paint Fusion Park City, its owners and instructors from liability for personal injury or property loss resulting from voluntary participation.
