Monday through Saturday we're open 11 AM – 7 PM, and Sundays noon – 6 PM. Hours can shift around the holidays, so it's worth a quick call on 435-575-6463 if you're planning a late visit.
Nope — walk in whenever we're open and start creating. Reservations are only needed for parties and groups, which you can book right here on the site.
Most people spend an hour or two painting a piece. There's no time limit and no rush — stay as long as you like while we're open.
Not a bit. Most of our guests have never painted pottery before. Our staff will walk you through everything, and our Creativity Center is stacked with stencils, sponges, stamps and finished samples for inspiration.
Both — and everyone in between. On any given day you'll find toddlers painting their first mug, date-night couples, teens, and grown-ups glazing dinnerware for their own kitchens.
There's a studio fee of $10 for adults (13 and older) and $6 for kids 12 and under, plus the price of the pottery piece you pick — pieces start at just $3 and go up from there. No hidden charges for paint, tools or firing.
Our shelves hold more than 100 ready-to-paint ceramic pieces: mugs, plates and bowls, kid's themes, figurines, trinket boxes, kitchen items, home décor and giftable pieces.
Leave your piece with us and we'll dip it in clear glaze and fire it in our kiln. That's what turns it into a glossy, bright, one-of-a-kind ceramic piece — the magic happens at a temperature no home oven can reach.
Whenever you paint, Monday through Sunday, your piece is glazed, fired and ready the Friday of the following week — not the Friday of the week you painted in. We hold everything for 30 days from the date on your receipt; after that we donate unclaimed pieces to charity.
Yes. Once your piece is glazed and kiln-fired, plates, mugs and bowls are completely food safe — use and enjoy them every day.
Absolutely. Our glazes are non-toxic and water based, so they're safe for even the smallest artists. For tiny hands we suggest simple pieces with plenty of grown-up help.
Don't stress — it's nearly impossible to ruin a piece. Our staff happily share technique tips as you go, and finished pieces always look brighter and bolder after glazing and firing than they do wet.
With pottery you add color to the surface of an already-formed piece. With glass fusing you build the piece itself — cutting and layering colored glass, which we melt together in the kiln, then slump into a shape like a bowl or plate in a second firing.
The class fee is $35 per person and covers both firings — the first firing that fuses your design into a solid piece, and the second slumping firing that shapes it into a bowl, plate or platter should you choose. The cost of the glass you use is separate and added on top of the $35 class fee.
Popular projects include pendants, sushi dishes, small platters, coasters and suncatchers. You'll design with sheet glass in a rainbow of colors and opacities, plus stringers, frit, pebbles, iridescent glass and millefiori.
Glass pieces are kiln-fired after your class and are typically ready to pick up within one to two weeks — unless you came with a larger group, which can take a little longer.
Glass fusing involves cutting tools and grinders, so every first-timer works in a supervised class with a trained instructor. It's best suited to older children, teens and adults — younger kids are welcome to paint pottery instead, or work on glass alongside an adult.

Birthday and group parties require a $25 deposit and corporate events $100. Deposits are non-refundable but are applied to your final purchase on the day of your event. If you need to change your plans, you're more than welcome to move your reservation to a new date and time — your original deposit will still apply to that change.
We can accommodate groups of up to 50 guests — great for birthdays, team celebrations, showers, scout troops and office outings.
Parties run in 90-minute windows: 11 AM through 7 PM Monday to Saturday, and noon through 6 PM on Sundays. We leave a 30-minute gap between events so your group never feels crowded. If you need more than 90 minutes, just call us at 435-575-6463 and we'll do our best to extend your time if the schedule allows.
Every guest simply pays the regular studio fee ($10 adults 13 and older, $6 kids 12 and under) plus whatever piece they choose, starting at $3. Your deposit comes off the group's total.
Coming soon! Our paint-at-home kits are on the way — you'll be able to paint on your own couch, then bring the piece back for glazing and firing. Call 435-575-6463 and we'll let you know the moment they're available.
